Hello Chelmsford!

I just wanted to say that my family and I enjoyed our visit to the new building back in February. It was such a LONG time in the making and it was great to see it finally come to fruition. I have a lot of great memories of Chelmsford C of C from the 70's and 80's - all the great people and experiences - From all the hours put in when we prepared for Bible Bowls, to the great put luck lunches ("Only ONE dessert, please!"), and one of my most important memories of studying with Jerry Lee and having him baptize me into Christ! I had so many great friends, as Laura mentioned in her posting, especially my "Loco Brothers" Rob Forkner and Mark Fitzgerald. I have many fond memories of Laura, Beth, Patty, Eric F., Eric P., Kim, Kelly, etc. that I still think about today. There is a lot of who I am today because of the great work of my brothers and sisters in Christ at Chelmsford. May God continue to bless the work you do there and I pray for continued impact on those with whom you come into contact. Take care and God bless!

It is wonderful to see you have a website and I really enjoyed the demolition photos, ground breaking photos and the photos of the new church building. I attended church there from 1988 to 1995 when I lived in Littleton, MA. Lloyd Cain was the minister at that time. There are many new faces in the photos, but I did see a few names I recognized on the website.

We are still in Mt. Gilead, NC where we moved after leaving Littleton. God's blessings on you all.

Hello from North Richland Hills, Texas! (How could I let you hear from my sister and mother and not send a note along myself?!) This is Laura (Lee) Dodd, Jerry and Karen Lee's middle daughter and I am SO delighted to see the strides that Chelmsford has taken over the years through your website. Myself, I have cherished moments of my young faith being nutured by this godly congregation. So many memories that will remain imprinted on my heart: Sitting next to Prue McBride trying to follow along with her exquisite alto lead, potlucks that flowed out from the kitchen to the porch, and out into the backyard, climbing Mount ? with the church group in New Hampshire... the view from the top brought my young heart to tears, a constant flow of campaigners from ACU and the such most of which stayed at our house! Remember Roger Moon? What's he up to these days anyway? Bill and his guitar, My sister's and my baptism one Sunday afternoon in the Lehman's pool. Dad had a hard time with that one. VBS's that could compete with any out there today! And Camp Ganderbrook... I could go on and on, just ask Michelle! I am now married to my sweet Joel and have been for 18 years in July, and have 3 terrific kiddos, Brandon, 13, Brandi, 9, and Bradley, 5. We are moving to Conroe Texas in the summer. I would love to connect with my old buddies! Patty Dean, Kelly McBride, Robbie Forkner, Eric Swenson, Mark Fitzgerald, Eric Fryer. My email address is jdoddfamily@sbcglobal.net. Thanks for giving us a view into God's church there in Chelmsford with this website!

Hello Chelmsford Church, Greetings from Austin, Texas. I was one of the four who assembled for that first Sunday back in 1971. What a blessing to see the Chelmsford church thriving!! Jerry Lee was my dad, and of course Karen is my mom, so I had the opportunity to be some of the first youth raised in this close-knit church. Chelmsford will always hold a very special place in my heart . . . it provided me with some extremely special memories and a sound & meaningful spiritual foundation. My prayers are with this church, still. Ok you guys who were there in the 70's -- email me! mmayes066@austin.rr.com

(Sidnee -- HI!!! Do you remember you and Tony babysat us while our parents were out of town?? I also remember the teen girls coming over to our house for a slumber party! Too funny.)

Hello to the Chelmsford Church - It is so wonderful to go to this web sight and see how God has blessed this Church Family. Looking back on the start of the Chelmsford Church, God had great plans. Jerry and I were only two of many instruments in his service at the start. I now live southwest of Fort Worth, Texas and work at a Children's Home, Foster's home for Children. I enjoy my job. I love to get the bulletin. Please change my mailing address to 654 - Co Rd 514 - Stephenville, Texas 76401. I would love to hear from any of you - by mail or e-mail <karen@fostershome.org> .

God Bless You!

I am so excited that you guys have a site now! I was a member of the congregation from 1973 till 1995. I now live in Michigan and still miss "home". Love the picture of all of you but can't pick out too many people...seems a little too small! I owe lots of you emails and letters...will try and get to that soon! The Church family at Chelmsford will always be the best in the world!! I love you all!

An uncluttered look which gives all the needed information in clear way. I like it. I look at a lot of pages in my line of work and this one is at the top.

Hello dear Chelmsford family. It is wonderful to be able to come to the site and reconnect. Also, if I'm ever up late and can't sleep, I can always come and listen to one of Scot's sermons. That'll do it! Love you all deeply.
